Tracy Earth Project hosted its downtown Earth Day event on Saturday, featuring information booths on a range of planet-friendly groups and businesses in town. Among the presentations was Mayor Nancy Young offering the Key to the City to Tracy Earth Project CEO Dotty Nygard. Also on-hand for the event were teachers and students who earned the top awards in the Tracy Earth Challenge, with $1,000 going to each of the classrooms that placed first in the judging.
