Vendors will receive a space for your 10'x10' tent, which can fit your 8' table with 2 chairs for staffing. A logistics letter will be sent 2 weeks before the event with more information, including an event map that shows where your space is located.
If you would like TEP to provide you a tent, table and chairs it would be an additional $100.00 to your respective vendor fee.
