Valley Link High-Speed Passenger Rail Project

SB 1383 and Food Recovery

SB 1383 is a landmark legislation that aims to reduce emissions of short-lived climate pollutants, including methane and HFCs. You can help meet this goal by practicing organic recycling, waste reduction, and other climate-friendly practices. 

It can take more than 1,000 years for plastics to degrade in a landfill. Learn what steps you can take in your daily life to protect and preserve our planet.
